3CR Film Fundraiser

Bring your friends for a movie night out at 3CR’s screening of the new political comedy ‘Pride’ on Thursday 6 November. Set in the Margaret Thatcher’s England in the summer of 84, ‘Pride’ is the story of how a London-based group of gay and lesbian activists join forces with the National Union of Mineworkers to raise money to support the strikers' families.

Radiothon 2025 - Your Station, Your Voice

This June we really need your support. Your donation ensures that we remain free of government and corporate influence, and a true voice for the community. Thanks to everyone who has already chipped in - amazing! Our 2025 Radiothon theme is ‘Your Station, Your Voice’ and we need to raise $275,000. 3CR has been with you since 1976, keeping you company with exceptional programs and music 24 hours a day. If you’ve ever enjoyed just a single program, then that’s a great reason to support us with a tax-deductible donation and make sure we're here for you tomorrow.

3CR’s annual Radiothon fundraiser is coming! We need to raise a whopping $275,000 to keep the station afloat and with YOUR help, we know we can. No donation is too small (or big!), and all donations over $2 are tax deductible. 3CR is ‘Your Station, Your Voice’ and we look forward to YOUR donation during June (or earlier if you can’t wait!) Happy Volunteer Week

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do at 3CR. We’re excited to celebrate their incredible work at the station during National Volunteer Week 19-25 May. Keep an eye on the socials where we’ll be sharing videos from our community language broadcasters, and of course listen up and enjoy the great talents of our programmers. Details on how to join us as a volunteer are on our website here.

Listener Survey JUNE 2025

We want to hear from you! Our station is all about serving the community and we want to know your thoughts, comments and ideas to help shape our future.

We're asking listeners to take part in a short online survey that will help us get to know you better and understand what you want from your local radio service.

The results of this survey will assist us in continuing to be the best possible station we can be in service of our valued community.

International Women's Day 2025

Join our IWD special broadcast team for a full day of programming to mark International Women's Day. With global femicide, attacks on women’s sovereignty, reproductive rights, gender affirming care, widespread criminalisation of sex work, rights of migrants and refugees, and militarised repression of those standing up in solidarity, 3CR says HANDS OFF OUR BODIES! Current affairs, spoken word, feminist discussion, music, arts and much more all day. Then let down your hair or shave your head, for a live to air concert from 5pm to 9pm, featuring spoken word and music from talented local artists and your favourite 3CR presenters! Full details here.
