'Join me, as they talk about the concept of rest as it pertains to the chronically sick and disabled; from neurotransmitters to mental health, ableism, to how workplaces benefit from our rest skills. I consider us to be experts at maintaining and sustaining in a world that tries so often to silence, ignore and get rid of us. Our skills in the art of REST should be the gold standard to which others look to. I will share some of the rest techniques I use to maintain my quality of life, and I share why they are relevant to all human beings.'
