Monday 26 January marked Invasion Day and 3CR's Independent Blak Media team brought the annual Invasion Day broadcast to the airwaves from 10am.
They were joined on the day by some of the regular Monday shows bringing dedicated Invasion Day programming.

Keiran Stewart-Assheton (yillamin) opened with music and discussion and was joined by Kelly Flannagan (Beyond the Bars) for a chat before she headed in to the rally to bring us conversations with people attending the march later in the day. LISTEN

Throughout the afternoon Keiran connected with Aboriginal activists from across the continent at the forefront of campaigns for land back, restoration, restitution, and real treaties.
He was joined in the studio by Jasper Cohen-Hunter and they caught up with Leah House reporting on the Invasion Day events on Ngunnawal land, so called "Canberra"; Boe Spearim calling in from Moree; Dom from Kaurna Yarta; as well as more voices from the streets of Naarm-Melbourne brought to us by Kelly.
