In the third episode of  'All Been Inside', Voices for Change member, Francesca, shares how she acquired her brain injury, the huge impact it made to her life and how she found a way through by getting involved in self-advocacy.

Fran's story is powerful and inspiring.

Melanie Keely, a well-loved coordinator at the Self Advocacy Resource Unit, also features in the episode talking to Fran about the self-advocacy movement more broadly and what keeps groups on the map.
