In this episode, we bring you voices from the Nuclear-Free Gathering held in Naarm in February 2025.

We hear from Dr. Margie Beavis (Medical Association for Prevention of War) on the dangers of nuclear energy, Dimity Hawkins (ICAN) on Australia’s role in global nuclear militarisation, Aunty Sue Coleman on the colonial violence of uranium mining, and Wendy Farmer (Voices of the Valley) on regional community resistance to nuclear projects. With AUKUS ramping up nuclear expansion, communities are pushing back, demanding a future that is nuclear-free and just.
