Claudia speaks with Daye Gang, barrister at the Victorian Bar and PhD student at Monash University, about her research on restorative justice for sexual and family violence. Daye discusses the way in which voluntary justice pathways can provide an alternative to criminal court proceedings for victim-survivors of sexual and family violence, leading to different outcomes for each person.
