Paul Healey, State Secretary for Health & Community Services Union, joined Inez to discuss the Mental Health Workforce across Victorian public hospitals (inc. Forensicare) that walked off the job this Tuesday 17th of June. Workers carried a large banner with broken hearts which read '772 too many', highlighting the statewide suicide rate and honor those who have lost their lives last year. This comes after 11 months of sustained industrial action, and receiving an offer that doesn't represent the little members are asking for, as well as offerring funds and resources to some disciplines and denying them to others.//

In the following segment, Keith gives context to this premeditated act of colonial violence and shares more about the history and meaning of the memorials anniversary. Sydney Rd Accessible Tram Stops Campaign//
Darren Saffin is a local activist and member of organising team for the Sydney Rd Accessible Trams Stops Campaign. Saturday 28th of June will commemorate two years of Government inaction regarding accessible tram stops along Sydney Road, with residents not knowing how they will be able to live their lives when the Upfield train line is closed before the construction of Sky Rail works. It is not just people who use wheelchairs that will be affected, but many people who need accessible tram stops AND accessible trams. Darren joins us to speak about the Saturday 28th of June rally at 11am outside Coburg Library and how to show up and support!
