Homelessness week phone discussion with community health worker from the cohealth Beau Branch . August 7 - 13 is Homelessness Week in Australia, and to discuss the work of cohealth Central City, a not for profit community health organization dedicated to providing health services to the homeless and marginalized communities we are having a phone conversation with outreach, activities, housing and health worker Beau Branch.

Examining how institutional racism and sexism, colonial systems of (in) justice and the war on drugs, brutally robbed a family, community and culture of a friend, mother and leader. Part one - how the stigma is expressed through the criminal justice system and the impacts this has on marginalized communities.
 
HAAG Ageing in a Housing Crisis Report Launch - part 1 
Fiona York, Executive Officer of Housing for the Aged Action Group, and Professor Wendy Stone of Swinburne University to discuss today's launch of the 'Ageing in a Housing Crisis' report at Parliament House in Canberra. The report, commissioned by Housing for the Aged Action Group and co-authored by Wendy along with researchers at Western Sydney University and Curtin University, analyses the housing circumstances of people in Australia aged 55 years and older, based on analysis of 2021 Census data and Homelessness Estimates.
