Shantha Rau Barriga, founding director of the disability rights division at Human Rights Watch, discusses the disproportionate rates of violence and imprisonment experienced by people with disability in Australia, and the importance of accountability and allyship. Shantha will be speaking at the Wheeler Centre next Friday 5th April
