Marina Bistrin runs classes in identifying and using edible and medicinal weeds. She has gardened in rental properties in different parts of Melbourne, including at her current home in Macleod. Marina describes her gardening as experimental. She doesn't mind 'messinness' as she interacts with the plants, allowing them to go through their life cycles and building soil with the compost she makes.
