Anna Lindstad is an architect who believes in regenerative design.

She grows pomegranates and other produce, including large juicy pears in the small courtyard garden at her house in Abbotsford. In the early 90's when the historic Abbotsford Convent was under threat from housing developers she began a campaign to save it. Soon a skilled, committed and connected coalition formed whose effective action saw the Convent preserved as site for events, festivals and artistics and educational pursuits for the people of Melbourne.
