Listeners may have heard of the Fair Work Commission order last month, imposing minimum standards for delivery “employee-like” workers working on digital labour platforms such as rideshare, package delivery and food-delivery apps. But what standards are there for these workers who get involved in motor vehicle accidents? And what protections, if any, exist for these workers?
