One of his rules is illustrated by a flock of starlings, They stick together, they keep enough distance between them for flexibility and they are flying mostly in the same direction. It's a magic picture of how he wants business, government and civil society to fly to zero carbon.

Climate repair: three things we must do now to stabilize the planet - Race to Zero & Race to Resilience (unfccc.int)

He gives the example of how A. civil society ran the court case Shell ordered to slash emissions 45% by 2030 in historic court ruling (climatechangenews.com) and  B. A big shipping company responded to customer demand for more  sustainable supply chains.https://www.maersk.com/news/articles/2021/02/17/maersk-first-carbon-neut... Meanwhile C. the EU put a price on carbon.
