This week we chat with the inimitable Manal Younus about her work as a writer, educator and performer. We also chat about her upcoming collaborative show 'AMKA - Narratives from the African Diaspora' which is a "journey of being, becoming and existence" that uses spoken word, music, dance, theatre and projection to explore the "awakening of black bodies" from the African diaspora in Australia. AMKA is showing at the Arts Centre in Melbourne on September 22 and 23.
