LOST WOMEN Film project - Callout.
The team are looking for older gals across Australia formerly diagnosed with schizophrenia as young adults and willing to go public about their experience growing up unrecognised neurodivergent (autistic) female in the mid 20th century ie 1950-1980's in a time when autism was only seen as a 'boy' thing. We're also seeking one or two late diagnosed autistic women of this age bracket who are not in the system to present a diverse picture of autism in the same age group. Formal autism diagnoses and self-identifying welcome.
