Nuclear testing, Aboriginal deaths in custody

Marisa interviewed Aunty helen Aboriginal academic and Elder about her personal story around land, 

  nuclear testing, and her extensive work around International organising, Indigenous rights and building the movement to stop Aboriginal deaths in custody, in the context of colonisation and genocide.  

 

Marisa then interviewed Latoya Rule, Aboriginal activist and academic  about her brother's incarceration  and subsequent death in custody. Latoya gave an update about the Inquest, and the guards' refusal to answer questions. The next date for the Inquest is 3 August, 2020
