Thursday, 26 October 2017 - 1:00pm to 2:00pm

Rich shares his recovery story, growing up in a loving family he starting drinking and eventually smoking dope in his early teens with his friends. Drinking became more serious at Uni before leaving and establishing a successful career in business. Having plenty of cash he quickly moved to party drugs, ecstasy and speed and onto cocaine. He married and had a child before realizing that he couldn’t control his drug using and it started causing problems with his close relationships.

Rich got into rehab after getting onto Ice but wasn’t ready to listen. Back on Ice and cocaine he made it into a second rehab and started to take recovery seriously and was able to get back into normal life without drugs with the help of Narcotics Anonymous in his mid forties.
