Sarah Carroll is an Australian singer-songwriter with a 30-year career spanning multiple bands and genres. Known as the "Ukulele Queen of the Bellarine," she's performed at major festivals and venues across Australia.
Carroll's album, "NQR&B," is out on Melbourne's Cheersquad Records and Tapes. It showcases her experiences as a teacher, mother, wife, political activist, and touring musician.
Her recent projects include a 2021 audio-visual meditation on water called "Ngubitj, Samgooan, Water," and a 2019 album "Medicine" dedicated to her late husband, Chris Wilson.
With six trips to the USA under her belt, including an appearance at Americanafest, Carroll continues to blend progressive country, folk, and Americana influences in her music. Her 2017 album "Star Parade" received critical acclaim and strong radio support.
Beyond performing, Sarah is also a radio broadcaster, music writer, and has recently spent time teaching in Alice Springs, drawing inspiration from the land and its people.
