Coal-fired power stations emit toxic chemicals and particulates that are highly damaging to human health. And our governments - both state and federal - are failing to protect us.

This is revealed in a new report by Environmental Justice Australia. It’s called Toxic and Terminal and it highlights how governments and their regulators are failing the public by allowing coal-fired power stations to emit pollutants at levels much higher than over industrialized countries - such as the United States, China and the EU.
