Salaam Buse !

On today’s show we have Buse joining us all the way  from Western Sydney (Eora) with a special RnB mix for Salaam. We will also be chatting to @noorsuniverse from @tatlililili about the event she’s organising at Alasya Restaurant on Sydney Rd, Brunswick, the 11th of March in collaboration with @music.in.exile . At the event Buse along with a well curated Middle Eastern line up will be playing.

Buse, also known as Boosie has quickly become a local favourite ever since she first stood behind the decks in 2019. Her presence on stage and her ability to create and mix sounds ranging from Soulection edits, 90’s hip-hop, Soul and R&B can almost guarantee an eclectic and energetic set, every time.

Over the last four years, Buse has established a well known presence in clubs and parties across Australia including Tresillo (Naarm), Riddim (Naarm), The Sauna (Eora), Energia (Eora) and EFFN clothing parties (Eora) to name a few. She has also opened shoes for artists like JAEL (Netherlands), J.Robb (US), Planet Vegeta (Eora), Grent Perez (Eora) and Kymie (Eora). She has become nationally and internationally recognised, collaborating with the likes of JD Sports and creating mixes for Triple J, FBi Radio, Smilinõ Radio and collectives 99ginger and Source Radio in Paris.
