Moktar is an Australian-Egyptian DJ and a producer, who’s been receiving a lot of recognition lately for his music, as he fuses techno and IDM with traditional sounds from the Middle East. Moktar’s pride of his Egyptian heritage shines through his signature music and mesmerising video clips. On the show Luqman will be talking to Moktar and playing a selection of Moktar’s music including some unreleased tracks from his new self titled EP coming up on Friday October the 15th.
