Two Union Worker victories and the beginning of what is shaping up to be a Union-wide stoush over the sacking of a Health and Safety Rep at an Aldi store for doing her job.

The two victories include a win by the NTEU National Tertiary Education Union in the Federal Court for Monash University to pay back it's teaching staff, and the historic win of the CPSU Members Voice by a landslide which pushed out an executive that had held on for 32 years.
