In the second part of the show, Bridget Kelly and Spike Chiappalone, project worker and peer worker with CoHealth’s Rough Sleepers Harm Minimisation Project, talk about creating a co-designed peer-to-peer resource to minimise the heath, social and legal harms for people who are sleeping rough in Melbourne.
