 On the programme Kevin is joined by Helen Vandenberg to talk about the Essendon Airports plan to lift curfews currently on Jets taking off, raising the weight limit & the noise restrictions in place.

 Then Kevin speaks with Professor Patty Moriarty, they discuss new infastructure projects propossed & how this new travel demand can be managed. With an increase per capita of up to 4 x the amount of distance traveled since 1947, they discuss congestion taxes, mobility Vs access, migration vs infastructure and lowering the speed limit to make other modes more desirable.
