Tallulah is now a facilitator for SMART Recovery Australia and shares her story of alcohol over use and how she tried Alcoholics Anonymous, medication and hypnotherapy before finding SMART Recovery. Over two years the SMART Recovery meetings have helped her to get back to normal life using the SMART recovery tools.
