Separation of church and state in the U.S. has been turned on its head with the U.S. Supreme Court decision re: Espinoza vs Montana. Reactions to the ruling, its moot status and Betsy DeVos's new low. In Australia, funding for private schools has grown 15 times more than public counterparts.  Cate, a special needs student, is expelled by a private school- parents take the school to court.
