In this episode, he highlights the no-nonsense approach he took to jobs and particularly safety, finishing with discussions of his experience of the Snowy Mountain Scheme and the big changes happening in the 1980s - technological advancements and particularly subcontracting - that changed the landscape of work in this country significantly.
