For the anniversary of the Atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, we bring you a recorded speech by Ms. Setsuko Thurlow, a Hiroshima survivor and a founding member of the The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), about her experiences in Hiroshima when the bomb was dropped.
