Mondring: Innovative Circular Cycle & Pedestrian Bridge for Richmond?

Mondring is an elevated path proposed for Richmond, based on the Hovenring in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. It’s intended for the Punt Road / Swan Street intersection, complementing the proposed intersection redevelopment.
