Val and Faith kick off this pre-Invasion Day show with an excerpt from Paul Keating's Redfern speech and David Bowie's Let's Dance. We share our first bike moments for the year before taking a look at news in the bike riding world including; Simon Gerrans fourth win of the Santos Tour Down Under, Tyler Farrar finishing a stage on a spectator's bike, Bridie O'Donnell's brilliant world hour record, and disturbing incidents involving riders in both Melbourne and Sydney.

We move on to talk about Spinlister, the peer-to-peer bike sharing site Faith recently tried, and proposed changes to legislation in NSW and how they effect cyclists.
