Norrie, Tim, Luke and Pauline spoke with people at Flinders Street train station about Public Transport in Melbourne. Apparently Passenger satisfaction is at its highest level in five years, according to the results of the most recent quarterly telephone surveys of travellers using Melbourne’s trains, trams, buses and taxis. Not sure who they surveyed but they weren’t at Flinders St today!
