A promise to fight: Australian Nuclear Free Alliance 2014
This year’s meeting of the Australian Nuclear Free Alliance celebrated the wins and got to business with a promise to fight the nuclear industry every step of the way. From north to south and west to east, these are the voices of ANFA stepping up and talking out against uranium mining, nuclear freeways and radioactive waste dumping. This year’s meeting had particular focus on the Ranger uranium mine and the ongoing pitfalls of radioactive waste management post-Muckaty. From mine to port, from reactors to waste, ANFA challenges the industry’s radioactive racism that leaves a never-ending impact on land and people.
