Over The Wall revisits Mark O'Brien from Tenancy Victoria, to discuss the likely provisions of the upcoming new Residential Tenancy Act. We also talk about the process of consultation and drafting that lead to both this act and the 1996 act. We focus especially on the reform of "no reason" evictions.
NB - Since this interview, it has become apparent that the act is unlikely to be tabled before the November 2018 state election.
