Self Help Groups - The Path to Health and Wellbeing offers two unique days of workshops and networking.  With lots of opportunity to meet with other self help and peer support groups to share ideas and experiences.

Workshops include: Advocacy - A Practical Guide, Engaging People from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Backgrounds in Self Help Groups, The Warrior Women Exhibition and Other Stories, Self Help Workers ? Sharing ideas and resources, Key issues for Self Help Groups and much more.

Presented by the Collective of Self Help Groups, now celebrating over 30 years working with groups across Victoria. Funded by VicHealth.

Affordable fees range from $10.00 to $65.00 dependent on attendance.
