Narcotics Anonymous – Simon

Thursday, 28 September 2017 - 1:00pm to 2:00pm

Simon shares his recovery story, growing up in a rural environment and starting drinking and smoking dope in his early teens with his friends. He spent a year interstate trying to avoid drugs before discovering Oxycodone and then progressing to become a daily heroin user.  He tried Methadone but continued to use a cocktail of drugs including heroin and found himself out of work and homeless. With family help he entered rehab and after about 12 months was able to get back into normal life without drugs with the help of Narcotics Anonymous in his late twenties.

If you have a problem with drugs of any kind, you can call the Narcotics Anonymous helpline on 1300 652 820 or 0488 811 247 or go online at na.org.au.
