Be enthralled by the tale of a brilliant scholar, traveller and public figure, as the Royal Historical Society of Victoria presents a new play by Peter Hepworth, “Velvet Rebel” – a girl’s own adventure.
To be performed on the 26th and 30th October as part of History Week 2010, this enchanting play re-enacts the life of an extraordinary woman who broke with the convention of her time – Jessie Stobo Watson Webb.
