Symphony Under The Stars with special guest Stephen Cummings - free concert

Iconic singer/songwriter, Stephen Cummings, will perform with one of Australia’s leading community orchestras, Stonnington Symphony, in a special one-off concert – Symphony Under The Stars – on Saturday 27 February in Malvern Gardens.

Special guest Stephen Cummings is set to delight audiences performing a collection of his well-known songs solo and with Stonnington Symphony. Stonnington Symphony will be joined by guest conductor Michael Lichnovsky and perform works including von Suppé’s ‘Light Cavalry overture’, Prokofiev’s ‘Romeo and Juliet Suite No 2’, Copland’s ‘Hoe Down, dance episode no 4 from Rodeo’, Debussy’s ‘Rhapsody for orchestra and saxophone’, Ravel’s ‘Alborada del gracioso’ and Brahms’ ‘Hungarian Dance No.5’.
