Spring Into Gardening with Stonnington Council

Gardeners will be gathering at Victoria Gardens in High Street, Prahran, to celebrate all things Spring at Spring Into Gardening, one of Council’s most popular events. Activities include the ever-popular plant giveaway, the Future Spark Bike Trailer where people are encouraged to generate their own electricity by pedal-power with prizes from Yarra Trams up for grabs and there will be live music by Louie Prez and the Stonnington Brass and roving entertainment by The Connies.
Children will also have plenty of activities to keep them occupied throughout the day including face painting, animal farms, the well-loved Jack Russell terrier racing and an opportunity to participate in creating a mural from recycled materials which will be displayed in the City of Stonnington’s Service Centres in November.
