Renowned Australian poet, artist, singer-songwriter, Donna Williams, performs live with Victoria's first autism-spectrum band, Donna & The Aspinauts in their first ever gig.

Imagine the vocals of Jewel, lyric styles of Lou Reed and Jim Morrison, politics of Midnight Oil, delivery of Laurie Anderson, atmospherics of Pink Floyd, waskiness of Madness and vibrant rhythms of Green Day in a blend of powerful pop, rock, blues and ska intertwined with powerful off the wall Avant Garde poetry.

With a video backdrop and gestural signing, Donna & The Aspinauts are more than 'just a band'. They are unmissable, diversity-friendly performance art musically confronting the contemporary issues of today.
