This small monthly community market that we started up in September to promote local arts and crafts and to raise money for the local primary school as well as offering the local Scouts, Girl Guides and Fire Brigade a chance to raise some funds by running sausage sizzles. 

The market is held at The Basin Primary School cnr Mountain Highway and Liverpool Road The Basin. 

The upcoming dates are Sunday November 30th and Sunday December 14th, 9am - 2pm. 
There's free entry and plenty of free parking and all the stalls stock handmade or homegrown products. 

The variety is huge and includes; Soy Candles, cards, decorated boxes, beaded jewellery, kids bag tags, kids door hangers, mummy calling cards, fridge memos, photography, print you childs artwork, ceramics, applique cushions, kids aprons, kids bags, baby rompers, nursery art, knitter toys and dools clothes, knitted booties, japanese paper art, dichroic jewellery, wooden toys, heat bags, original paintings, wood-turned giftware, cadbury chocolate houses, handmade christmas decorations, beeswax candles, handmade soaps, salt lamps, herb and vegetable seedlings, planter boxes, plants, childrens plaques, handmade childrens shoes, patchwork and crotched face washers, handtowels & animal booties. 

The December market will also have a special guest appearance by Santa and Christmas Carols sung by the students of The Basin Primary School.
