Students of Sustainability (SoS) is a week-long conference dedicated to the exchange of skills and knowledge in the pursuit of environmental and social justice. The program is packed with workshops, plenaries, lectures and skillshares on topics from ocean degradation to the NT intervention.

From July 1, 2009 Australian homeowners will be able to make their homes more energy and water efficient through the Federal Government’s Green Loans Program. But what is involved in the Program and how will it benefit you, if you are a homeowner?

Who is eligible? How much can be borrowed, at what interest rates, from what entity and for what exact purpose? What is the role of a Home Sustainability Assessor?

What factors should be considered when selecting green technology for your home?
