Accent of Women 30.09.2014

On September 24, a bill that pretended to strip abortion rights for women in Spain was defeated in parliament. Its promoter, Minister for Justice, Gallardón decided to resign from all his ministerial and political charges after failing to pass such legilslation. The feminist movement celebrated that victory. We discuss what such law meant and also, other political, social and economic changes that affect working women in Spain.
