Olfat Mahmoud is the founder and director of the Pealestinian Women’s humanitarian Organisation in Lebanon. She is a Palestinian refugee, a nurse, a university lecturer and an advocate for peace and justice for the forgotten Palestinians languishing in refugee camps in the Middle East.
